I think your goals are awesome! I started the Academy in the beginning of April, had my first deal locked up April 7th I believe. Already got paid for that one. I have two assignments I am waiting to close and two more I am trying to find buyers for. It's not easy but stay focused, it's worth it!!! I had no wholesaling experience before the Academy. I'm glad, I jumped on tonights session. I signed up about 6 weeks ago and have attended few sessions and was even considering quitting all together before I even got started. This is not the case any longer. I will keep take one step at a time and will keep showing up.
